Shipping Information

At Wild Romantic, every order is packed with care from our Melbourne studio. We want your pieces to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busier periods, or if we receive a high volume of orders, please allow an additional day or two for dispatch.

Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing from Monday. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be scheduled to go out by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

Delivery Times

We ship Australia-wide with tracked delivery services. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note, delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers and are outside of our control once the order has left our studio.

International Orders

International shipping is available and calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Please be aware that customs delays may occur.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Urgent Orders

If you need something urgently, please select Express Shipping at checkout. For special requests, get in touch at [your email] and we’ll do our best to assist.

Pre-Order Items

From time to time, we offer special items on pre-order. If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order will be shipped once the pre-order item is ready. Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders will be listed on the product page.
