THE ALBUMS
What size are the albums?
Our albums measure 32.5 cm × 21.5 cm × 5 cm, designed as beautiful coffee table books for keeping your photographs close.
How many photographs fit in an album?
Our albums hold up to 300 photographs, printed in our signature 6 × 4 inch format. You can fill your album completely or create a more edited collection, it is entirely up to you.
What size photographs should I print?
We recommend 6 × 4 inch photographs, which are designed to fit beautifully inside your Wild Romantic album.
Can I use photographs taken on my phone?
Absolutely. Your photographs don't need to be taken on film or with a professional camera. Modern phone photographs can look beautiful printed at 6 × 4 inches.
Can I use film photographs in the albums?
Absolutely. 35mm film photographs can be printed at 6 × 4 inches and are made for filling your Wild Romantic album with the moments that matter.
Do the albums come with photographs?
No. Our albums are sold separately from photographs. You can print your photographs yourself or use our photo printing service.
Can I add photographs to my album over time?
Yes. Your album can become an ongoing archive of your life, with photographs added as you create new memories.
How do I choose which photographs to put in my album?
Don't overthink it. Choose the photographs that make you feel something. The blurry ones, the ordinary ones, the people you love, the photographs you almost deleted. Your album should feel like your life, not a perfectly curated Instagram feed.
PHOTO PRINTING
Do you offer photo printing?
Yes. We can print your photographs for you in our signature 6 × 4 inch format, ready to go straight into your Wild Romantic album.
How does your photo printing service work?
Simply select our photo printing service when purchasing your album and follow the instructions provided. Send us your photographs and we'll take care of the rest.
Can I print photographs from my phone?
Yes. Phone photographs can be printed beautifully at 6 × 4 inches, provided the original image is of sufficient quality.
Can I print photographs taken on film?
Absolutely. Film photographs are particularly beautiful as physical prints and can be printed at our recommended 6 × 4 inch size.

What cameras do you sell?
We curate a selection of film cameras and photographic pieces that we genuinely love and would use ourselves.
Do I need a film camera to use a Wild Romantic album?
Not at all. Your photographs can come from a phone, digital camera or film camera. The album is about keeping your photographs, whatever you used to take them.
Where can I get my film developed?
We've created a Film Labs guide featuring photographic labs across Australia.
ORDERS + SHIPPING
Australian orders generally arrive within 3 to 8 business days with standard shipping, or 1 to 3 business days with express shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship Wild Romantic worldwide.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email.
What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your parcel appears to be delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll help you track it down.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
RETURNS + DAMAGED ORDERS
Can I return my order?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us with your order number and photographs of the item received and we'll help sort it out.
GIFTS + STOCK
Can I send an order directly to someone as a gift?
Yes. You can have your order delivered directly to the recipient.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, Wild Romantic gift cards are available to purchase online.
What happens if something is sold out?
If a product is temporarily sold out, you can join the restock notification where available and we'll let you know when it returns.
What is a pre order?
Some Wild Romantic pieces are available to pre order before they arrive. The expected delivery or dispatch date will always be shown on the product page.
