How to Start a Return
We’re so sorry if something wasn’t quite right with your order. If you received the wrong item, or something arrived damaged or faulty, we're here to help.
Step 1: Get in Touch
Email us at info@wildromantic.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
• A brief explanation of the issue
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Photos of the item (if damaged or faulty)
Step 2: Return Approval
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authority (RA) number along with instructions on what to do next.
Please don’t send anything back until you’ve received this number.
We may:
• Ask you to return the item, or
• Approve the return based on your photos
What Happens Next
If the item needs to be returned, we’ll provide clear return instructions. Once we receive and approve the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:
• We don’t refund original delivery fees
• You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item
Return Conditions
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be returned in original condition (unless faulty)
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service
What’s Not Covered
We are unable to accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Items damaged through misuse
